All essential oils have their own effect on the mind, body and spirit. 

Using a cold air diffuser is the easiest way to reap the benefits of essential oils but it is not the only way.

Never use a pure oil on the skin.  Always use a carrier oil such as Holly or Coconut Oil.

Avoid using around sensitive areas such as eyes, ears and broken or damaged skin.

Always consult your medical doctor if you are unsure if they are safe for you to use depending on your health.

Ways to use pure essential oils.  (oils that are not diluted)

  • Mix in a spray bottle with water and spray around your home and furniture

  • Use in household cleaner

  • Add a drop to a warm facecloth and breathe deeply

  • Add a few drops to your bath or unscented body care
